The door is glued together – top hinge fixed, bottom part still missing
The two door leaves have now been glued together – the formerly double‑leaf door has become a solid, massive element.
The top special hinge is already fixed. Its tongue is welded to the flange, which is bolted horizontally across the entire door width.
The bottom part of the hinge is still missing. It will follow shortly. Then the door will finally be ready for installation – movable, adjustable, and perfectly adapted to the old wood that expands and contracts with the seasons.
