Hinge parts (part 2) – worked into the new, long door board
The individual hinge bodies are now recessed into the new, not‑yet‑connected long door board. The tongue is still missing – it will be welded on later.
Here you see the raw state just before the final connection. The holes and recesses fit precisely in the wood. The hinge bodies are waiting to be welded to the tongue, which will later allow the vertical movement of the door.
